In this blend, the Roussanne and Marsanne bring weight to the front and mid-palate, while the Picpoul Blanc and Grenache Blanc add natural acidity to the finish. All five varietals contribute to the nose, especially the Viongier. The resulting wine offers aromatics of orange blossom, honeycomb, lemon zest and pineapple, coupled with hints of vanilla, nutmeg and hazelnut.
